Well I have begun my journey.....I joined New Life Fitness Club. A gift from Marcel for Christmas, Personal Trainer appointment comes next week. I have already gone to spinning, fit flex and ZUMBA!!!! Now let me tell you Zumba just may change my life, it is fun and crazy and you don't even know you are working out til you suddenly start pouring sweat from every pore. Kind of like the lobster does not know he is being cooked til it is too late, he is already committed. We were encouraged to love our jiggly parts, and shake what our Mama gave us, I got to tell you it was very liberating to embrace those jiggly parts, cause they were a shakin. I don't know I will find down this path, but I know what is at the end of the road, a new me, health, happiness and very good looking jiggly parts. This is my first entry of my New Health Blog. I want to share my journey and all that I learn along the way.
I love BW photography especially with my girls as the models. This one of Maddie shows her playful eyes, like she is up to something.....she probably is. At 6 she is funny and witty and just plain crazy. She loves her dogs and her daddy and of course reading. She loves dressing up for pagaents and posing for Mommy's camera.
